Necrosulfonamide ((E)-Necrosulfonamide) is a selective MLKL inhibitor and necrotic apoptosis inhibitor that covalently modifies the Cys86 site of the MLKL protein, preventing the binding of MLKL to RIP3 and thereby blocking RIP3-mediated MLKL phosphorylation and oligomerisation.
